Doris Ahiati is a transformational finance and leadership expert with over 22 years of experience across investment banking, consulting, and professional coaching. She is Co-founder of Crescendo Consult, and formerly served as Country Director for ACCA Global and Vice President at Databank, where she founded the group’s pensions business and advised on Ghana’s 2014 Eurobond issuance.

A Fellow Chartered Banker and John C. Maxwell Certified Coach, Doris also holds an MBA in Finance and certifications in DISC behavioural science and professional coaching. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve financial and spiritual liberation.
