Dr. Andy O. Okrah is the Acting CEO of the Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA) and a former Deputy Ashanti Regional Minister. With over two decades of experience in public service, leadership development, and youth empowerment, he has served as Board Chairman of the Student Loans Trust Fund and Director of HR at the Forestry Commission. He is the Founder of Young Professionals and Youth Coalition (YPYC) and Convener of the Transform Summit, impacting thousands of young leaders across Africa. Dr. Okrah holds a Doctorate in Theology, an MBA in HR, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management.
